How your data works across products

Connected products do not mean every business sees every other business's records. Each business's CustomerLedger record stays scoped to that business. We reuse verified sign-in where it's supported, but we do not promise universal single sign-on or automatic cross-brand memory between unrelated businesses.

Questions people actually ask

Can I use one product alone?

Yes. TopRated, After Hours AI, CustomerLedger, and AI Executive each work on their own. Connecting them adds value; it is not required.

Do I need a new phone number?

Most customers forward their existing number to After Hours AI rather than getting a new one. See the phone plans page for how forwarding works.

Is the CRM extra?

No. Core CustomerLedger record-keeping is included with every paid After Hours AI plan at no additional subscription charge.

Does a premium TopRated listing change my ranking?

No. Featured placement is separate from and clearly labeled apart from organic ranking. Paying for a premium page does not improve your underlying rank.

What stays if I cancel?

Cancellation terms vary by product and are on each product's own pricing and policy pages. We do not delete your listing content on an After Hours AI cancellation; see the TopRated listing page for the current policy.

How is AI Executive different from After Hours AI?

After Hours AI owns customer-facing communication and business intake, your phone line. AI Executive owns broader work for the person running the business. Both can use shared services like calendar and CustomerLedger, but they are separate products with separate plans.
